Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:
• Standard Shipping (5–10 business days): Free on orders over $35; flat rate $4.99 for orders under $35.
• Expedited Shipping (2–5 business days): $9.99

International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International shipping times vary by location (typically 10–20 business days). Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at account.kdynix.com/orders.

Shipping Delays
KDYNIX is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@kdynix.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@kdynix.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
