We have a 30-day return policy, which means you can apply for a return within 30 days of receiving the item.
Returns are subject to conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and to which the package should be sent. We do not accept items returned without prior notice.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt. If the goods are defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so that we can assess and correct the problem.
Exception/Non-returnable items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), customized products (e.g., special orders or personalized products), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a particular item, please contact us. We are very sorry, but we do not accept returns for promotional products or gift cards.
Exchange
The fastest way to ensure you get the goods you need is to return them and then purchase new ones when the return is accepted.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return them within 14 days without giving a reason. As stated above, your goods must be in the same condition as when you received them, unworn or unused, with tags on, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
